2. C.O.D. accepted with minimum 30% deposit by credit card, check, or Money Order.

3. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

4. No dealers. We do not conduct business with resellers.

5. All checks and Money Orders require 2-4 weeks for clearance before your order is shipped.

6. Please note that prices change frequently, and we cannot offer price protection on any product that has been already shipped to you.

7. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

International Orders & Non-US Credit Cards
BestPriceCameras.com is happy to accept orders originating abroad as well as US orders shipped internationally, provided they meet the following criterion:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diner's Club, American Express & Discover as payment if the card was issued outside the United States. Provided that customer faxes or emails a clear copy of his/her Passport & the credit card being used. All orders placed using an international card without sending this fax will be rejected (US cards are perfectly acceptable without fax).

International orders are subject to additional shipping charges on top of those indicated in your purchase total. You will be contacted regarding the final charge, at which time you may confirm or cancel your order. International orders generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. BestPriceCameras.com assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country.

 

TV/Big Screen/Monitor Purchase Policy

TV/Big Screen/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.

TV/Big Screen/Monitors are not returnable to BestPriceCameras.com if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. BestPriceCameras.com can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician. 

Upon delivery, it is the consumers sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged.

DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product physically as is and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.

If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.

If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.

ALL TV's, PROJECTORS, & COMPUTERS ARE SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT SURGE PROTECTORS BE USED WITH ALL TELEVISIONS & COMPUTERS.
 


Returns & Exchanges
Should it be necessary to return an item, you may return it for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges and with a minimum 10% Restocking Fee , within a period of 14 days for Photo equipment, and 7 days for Video, Audio, Digital Photography and Computer equipment.

TVs and computers must be returned to the manufacturer only if they are defective Once purchased these items are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer alone, as stated in the literature.
All sale items as well as special order items are not returnable. BestPriceCameras.com will not accept any returns or exchanges on film, paper, video tape, lamps, batteries, video batteries, extended warranties, books, ink cartridges, or any other consumable products. No Exceptions.

To return any items you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. All merchandise purchased from BestPriceCameras.com is sold in its original factory packaging, some warranties may vary, with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer. Items can be returned only if in original packaging, same new condition as sold with literature/instructions and blank warranty cards. Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping box. Please do not put any stickers or labels on the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship the items back to us prepaid. For your protection, make sure to insure the package. BestPriceCameras.com cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages or the cost of shipping & handling back to us.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! No Refunds or Exchanges will be made After 14 Days for Photo, and 7 Days for Video, Audio, Digital Photography & Computer Equipment.

Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process, and credits should be posted within 25 days of receipt. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost by the shipping company.

BestPriceCameras.com's policy is truth in advertising, and we aspire to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers,BestPriceCameras.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BestPriceCameras.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge

Refurbished Items

What are 'Factory-Refurbished' products?
Factory-refurbished merchandise refers to products that have been returned to the manufacturer for any of a number of reasons, like if a retail store or consumer opens a product in a box and it is not purchased, it cannot be sold as new or if an item was purchased by a consumer and returned for any reason--perhaps the product didn’t work or the consumer simply didn’t want it--whether it's the very next day or a month later, is sent back to the manufacturer to be reconditioned and "FACTORY RECERTIFIED".
How are products reconditioned?
Once returned to the manufacturer, the entire item is completely checked to assure it meets ALL factory specifications, then is quality tested AGAIN! All items are returned to like-new or almost new condition.

What makes a reconditioned item such an excellent purchase?
Factory reconditioned means high quality. In fact, factory-reconditioned goods have a very low return rate because they have been checked at least twice for proper working condition and quality. The price you pay for a factory-reconditioned item is much lower than at retail. Every factory-reconditioned item you purchase is covered by a warranty from the Manufacturer.

Extended warranty for refurbished products
In addition to the standard 90-Days Manufacturer warranty, we also offer a 2 or 3 year Extended warranty on most of our refurbished products which can be purchased by selecting it from the accessories menu, listed at the right on the product page.

BestPriceCameras carries US & Non-US products. Non US products may be considerably less expensive. The product packaging may or may not include all software, accessories, and features intended for US customers. Please allow three to four weeks for delivery on some international products. USA warranty may be additional. Images and specifications are for illustrative purposes only.
